We are experts in innovation and business, experts in different areas, who support businessmen, entrepreneurs, companies and organizations, both private and public, thinking about designing, scaling and making sustainable projects with economic and social value.
Based in Europe and with a global vision, we meet, in person or online, to discuss our experiences and potential solutions to the economic and social challenges facing all sectors, technologies and continents.
Private meetings
We meet regularly and explain our current and future projects to each other. This means that our mutual opinions, as friends, allow us to compare what we are doing. It is almost as if we were mentoring each other. Our meetings are always private and confidential.
We simply agree on a date for each meeting and chat amongst ourselves for a couple of hours over a drink, in an informal format.
We mentor each other
In our meetings we mentor each other directly, frankly and objectively, without any vested interests.
Because of our individual experience in very different sectors, in our informal meetings each of us has the mentor he needs to start or sustainably develop his business or project.
In a meeting of one or two hours at most, each of us can compare his strategy, his tactics or his next operations, to ensure their success.
Confidentiality between friends
We are basically friends of each other, or friends of mutual friends for years. Our group has been formed by integrating friends and friends of friends. Therefore, we trust each and every member of SBIMERS.
We are an informal Club of trustworthy people. We are not a Club that you join simply by paying a fee. To join, you have to be invited and introduced by a member, and receive the blessing of everyone.
We are a group of friends from the beginning, who want to share friends, and we want to remain that way, without commercial interests.
Casual format
We always meet in the same place, a space reserved exclusively for us, in Barcelona or Madrid, in person and by prior appointment, for a specific day and time. We are punctual and strict about starting and finishing times.
Our meetings, which are attended by those who can arrange their schedules, are casual, no formality required, and in a couple of hours we all talk to everyone or to whoever is of interest to each one.
We speak to each other without formalities and in a very direct manner.
Business, projects and ideas
We share our projects or business ideas, always considering their social impact and economic and social sustainability.
We often have a special guest, with a relevant position in our society, from the business, political, financial, social world or from the world of research or the university.
These types of “one-off” guests feed us our own vision from other areas and enrich our criteria and opinions.

Whether strictly as profitable businesses or social economy projects, each of us wants our projects to grow, develop and transcend us beyond ourselves.
Economy and social inclusion
We like to talk about economic and business progress from the perspective of the social inclusion. We do not understand economic progress in any other way. It has to be for everyone, in addition to being respectful of the natural environment and sustainable.
